More work on pond I have added brown mulch to some of the planting beds and I also added a second smaller waterfall.
I did have a small mishap as my small water fall feed hose somehow moved and it ran for about 3 hours spilling water beside the top pool. This water ran down the beds and into the main pool bringing along silt and sand. I had to clean the bio filter as all the pads were full of silt. The pond is finally starting to clear up again. On a up note both of my lilies have flowered I only took a picture of the pink one its called Attraction.

I have planted the first in the ground shrub (Little Princess Spirea) in the picture below.

Still working on the pond seems like I will never really be done with it.
I had to replace my main pump after 8 months or running it the motor just gave up. I went with a submersible pump this time as it pumps the same amount of water 60 some gallons a minute and runs on 110 power. It also is designed to run non stop and won't plug up with some of the fine debris like my  old pump did.
