Water has finally cleared up I had a algae bloom this spring and it took 3 months to clear up.
I built a gravel filter for the second water fall the flow rate is rather slow thru it about 180 gallons a hour. I use most of the 3600 gallons per hour that my pump supplies to go down the main water fall.

This is a pic of the under gravel filter with out rock.

Now with rock and a few starter plants.

A few weeks later.

The pond looks great with much clearer water.

My bog area is really growing also has tons of weeds I need to pull. Also thinking I should dig out the cattails before they take over.
