Here's

Give
it the texture skin>skin6thrust. Go to
curve>cylinder to make it a cylinder. Hit V to
go into vertex mode. Drag the middle vertices in
evenly all around the cylinder.

Push
Esc to unselect those vertices then ctrl+select
the top 8 vertices and hit the z axis rotate.

Push
ctrl+n to fix the texture and you're done.
